This in-depth interactive workshop will examine how diversity of experience impacts our interpersonal communications and relationships. Through discovery and discussion, learn more about yourself and the people around you. Participants will leave the session with an increased understanding of and appreciation for similarities and differences. Governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the program is intended to cultivate a meaningful and engaging experience for both new and experienced Pensacola State faculty members. Are you interested in potentially becoming a mentor for a new faculty member? Come learn more about the program! This workshop outlines the roles, responsibilities and guidelines for Pensacola State Faculty Mentors. This training is geared toward those interested in serving as a mentor for new faculty members, but is open to anyone, with no obligation to commit to the program. Join us for a presentation of how one department is using PSLOs effectively, and how another department is involved in research projects based upon the GLO Communication outcome. We will welcome your thoughtful discussion on effective methods of using and disseminating the results of assessment data and projects related to that data.
